Great to work with, went the extra mile to help my husband to get in the rv, he is in a wheelchair and he made a ramp to lift him up with his forklift. Perry delivered and set up the trailer for us in Fort Bragg. His sales gal Manya is very knowledgeable about the products she sells and is low pressure. Not your typical sales person. I originally went next door to their competitor. Big mistake! I went in tentatively looking for a trailer. I was instantly greeted by Manya the sales associate. I told her my wants and needs and she was on it! She showed me several models and I was instantly amazed at the price difference from fellow competition. Her knowledge, expertise and overall demeanor is something you can only hope when buying a large purchase as a layman. She schooled me up on all the ins and outs of the different models she educated me. She made me feel very confident and comfortable about my purchase. Perry the owner gave me a great trade in value on the existing trailer that was previously on the spot I purchased. He pulled that one off and put the new one on showed me how to set it up and just like that I have a new trailer on the new spot making life very simple for me. Mike, the head mechanic walked me through the whole trailer front to back inside out so I felt like I know everything I need to know to successfully upkeep this new trailer. Overall, I am a very skeptical person when it comes to sales but I have to honestly say this was one of my best buying experiences I've ever had it was almost as if there was no pressure and they were like a family. That's the vibe I got.. I am now a part of the Redwood Empire RV club, and I wouldn't even waste your time going anywhere else see them first take it from me!

Perry is the best!! I had a really nice travel trailer that Perry put on consignment. It had a couple of things that needed to be fixed ie the fresh water tank had a leak and one of the powered stabilizers was bent . He fixed them and did several other adjustments and was so honest about the cost. He could have charged me double. I wouldn’t have known any better. Anyhow Perry sold my trailer for a very sufficient amount to a nice elderly lady and she was extremely happy with the deal. I recommend Redwood Empire RV to anyone looking to buy an RV or also to consign. They are honest, professional, and friendly. Good people!!

Redwood Empire RVs is the greatest.

We were looking for a specific Flagstaff model and found they had one. Throughout the entire process of calling in, negotiating, picking up, and getting everything done, everyone was fantastic to work with.

We drove down from Oregon to get our RV, and we were treated so much better than we were at our local places, I wouldn't hesitate to make the drive again the next time we want a new trailer.

Their sales people are amazing (hey Manya!), and their techs absolutely bent over backwards to make sure we were 100% satisfied with the trailer before we left.

I cannot recommend Redwood Empire RVs highly enough.

They were great to work with. Gave us our own space to look things over but were right there when we had a question. They did a very good PDI and a very thorough walk through. They made sure we were hooked up safely. Their prices are very reasonable as I shopped online and even back east and large chain dealerships were much higher for the same trailers, except one a few thousand miles away and not that great to go for it. LOL
Their concern for quality dealership and delivery is evident and professional and I would and do refer people to them when the subject of buying RV's comes up.
We had an appointment for pick up and financing and they were on time.
If you have food and clothes you can literally go camping pulling away from the lot.
