The first room I got had no shower curtain, and the toilet did not flush. The replacement room was better, but the shower curtain rod was hanging down, so the curtain wouldn't stay closed. The breakfast is pretty bad. The eggs were stringy and gross. Plus, homeless people all over the parking lot. The room was clean and quiet, though. I wouldn't stay here again.

Convenient hotel stay in a square that has a number of stores to choose from in one's time of need.

Hotel has been very accommodating for my early and late check in and check outs.

All my rooms have always been clean and tidy. Front desk is personable and polite.

Pricing for rooms is fair.

The hotel is in a convenient location with lots of stores and restaurants nearby. A Dollar Tree is in the same parking lot.

The room was clean. I like that ours faced the parking lot and our car. The shower had no vent and we had to prop the bathroom door open with something to let out the steam.

The breakfast was typical. However, I do like that their eggs were cooked flat so I was able to make a sandwich.

Also, the pool was cemented over.

Night 20 of a 20 night trip and I saved the best for last! When I woke up I was in the exact same position as when I went to sleep! So so comfortable! Shower felt so great! Only 2 floors but they have an elevator! Loved the hallway color scheme. Cool and relaxing. Everything was super clean. Breakfast was standard hotel breakfast, nothing outstanding or unusual.
We had a king suite and it WAS sweet! We could sit on the couch and watch tv because unlike some rooms we were in the tv swiveled. This room had a feature I had never seen before in a hotel-the light in the bathroom automatically came on when you entered and the door automatically closed quietly.
What a great value to end our trip!

Positive: Staff was very nice Negative: There was a toilet issue when we arrived, after a long drive, had to switch to a new room. Both rooms were ok, kind of stuffy and not as clean as we're used to.

Terrible customer service by Sonia I did not appreciate the way we were treated at check out. The only reason we stayed at this hotel is because my friend said he preferred and he was a loyal customer. The front desk offered late check out and Sonia at the front desk decided to call the police for no reason.

Positive: Quiet, conveniently across the street from Starbucks and Mexican food, beds were very comfortable and the price was great. Negative: Bathroom door latch didn?t work but the door stayed shut so it worked for the night

Shameful service and poor quality. After a long of working a rude front desk name Sonia yelled at my business partner and calling the cops for no reason. Honey the girl that checked him in offered us a late check out because she was not able to get our tv to work. The desk in the room was dirty the window was open and the air condition was running so much for saving energy. Worst part is after she said we needed to check out and we start leaving she calling the cops for no reason.
