Absolutely hate it. I'm not from Victorville and my family and I needed a place to stay overnight. As soon as we enter the room, it smelled like cigarettes. We had to spray lysol because the strong smell. Room was freezing, by freezing I mean colder than outside. It don't even look like it's been cleaned. TV remote was very dusty, even a sanitized wipe couldn't even completely wipe it off. Also, the back of the remote is missing and is replaced with tape. The curtains doesn't fully close all the way. Fire alarm is messed up. Never coming back again.

Upon arriving the room we had first had NO cold water whatsoever. They moved us to another room (the only other non smoking room they had available) this room had no hot water. The heater unit was full of dust we had to clean before using. The cords for the smoke detector were out and exposed. After speaking with the front desk that night and the next morning at checkout, he said he would have to have maintenance. Check it to make sure we weren’t lying and that he would have a manager. Call me once it was checked and I still have yet to hear from absolutely anyone from the hotel, even though I’ve called multiple times on this matter.

Staff was great. Property needs to continue to be up graded. The pool is not open and green. But if your looking for an great experience this is not the place for you. They do not offer breakfast if any kind. Also you'd better be out by check out or they will keep calling and bang on the door till you leave.

Overpriced and over hyped. Stayed 2 nights, no room service or even asked if I wanted it. No coffee or continental breakfast to be found. Fan in the bathroom did not work, holes in the walls, tiles cracked and broken in the shower, no anti slip in the tub, found one washcloth in the trash can (next to toilet). Exterior stairs were built with the Winchester house in mind, uneven and at least one set was taped off from use.
On the plus side the bed however was comfortable and the linen was clean. The room cleanliness was sufficient.

I understand the expression "You get what you pay for" but my husband and I did not pay to get a harassing phone call at midnight from the front desk accusing us of having extra guests spending the night and making us kick them out. I guess they were referring to my sister and her husband waiting for their Uber who had left hours earlier. They check surveillance cameras to back their claims up but failed to see them leave? This was completely disturbing and foretelling of what kind of service to expect from this hotel. I have stayed in many Travelodge hotels in southern California and appreciated their affordable hotel stays. But not worth please look elsewhere when booking a hotel unless you like being watched and harassed.

Man at fronts desk was very nice, people seemed happy and friendly there. room was nice. They gave us a pet non smoking room since we had a little one. ||Husband had a bad feeling I said “oh it’s fine”||Well.. when it get dark it gets bad. Husband woke up me and our 2 year old son up at 10:30 and said we’re leaving. ||There were people outside the room, people in a truck behind our car dealing and doing drugs. Bums everywhere. Our dog started barking we grabbed our stuff and booked it. ||Worst experience ever. I don’t know if those people live there or what but they should clean it up. It’s a nice place, shame they put up with that stuff. I would never ever recommend staying there. Especially if you have a little one. Didn’t ask for a refund just wanted to be gone, so we drove 13 hours home so we didn’t have to pay for another hotel.

Double the price than the other hotel I was staying at. I was shocked that the price was so high. No complimentary coffee or continental breakfast. For that price at least have coffee. Bed was gigantic. I am a short person. I had to jump into it. I also sank into the bed so had a hard time getting out of it. Had to walk outside to the ice machine and it was very windy.

My biggest complaint was no coffee for the price of the room.

I want a refund of at least half.
