I went to this rage room recently and had reserved a 2 person smash and paint experience. The room was small with very limited items to smash, which I was able to look past, however, we were never given the paint during our experience in the room. It just wasn't even there. So I paid for a half of the experience that we didn't even receive. I asked about a partial refund afterwards and they attempted to not give me one, instead wanting to give me a voucher for that part of the experience. However, we have no plans to return anytime soon. Eventually the manager agreed to the refund. They still have not sent my partial refund, and they've had almost a week to do so.

I would potentially find another rage room, as this experience has felt like a waste of money for the price, and you might not even get what you paid for.

The guy working at the front desk was great. He was very, very nice, unfortunately the experience wasn't. I paid for 20 minutes but there were so few items in the room it only lasted 10 minutes. I paid for the USB footage, but they didn't have any USBs. I was told they would email the footage, and hopefully, they do. I had purchased this for my husband as a little surprise, and I feel like I let him down now.

Friendly staff, paid for me n my friend both single mothers looking to let off some steam. Unfortunately they gave us a little room with only a few things to smash. Which I dont think it was worth the 80 spent. But here's some pictures, I'll let u be the judge....?

So much fun! Booked a room for 2 people and wasn’t sure what to expect. Staff was awesome; he explained everything showed us what we use, what to do, and what not to do. They provide all the safety equipment (you are so protected in all the gear!) Smashing stuff is surprisingly therapeutic. Absolutely recommend! We will be back for sure!

Great vibes chairs are really comfortable. My son enjoyed the games they had. It smelled really nice and the Staff are very friendly My son loved his haircut.

Had SUCH AN AMAZING TIME! Did the 2 person rage room. They provided tons of great items to break, some great tools to use, the suits/protective gear and everything. We got to play our own music too! Very kind wonderful people. We will definitely be back soon with friends and family
