It's impossible to understand how anyone can leave Rapid Passport anything but a five star review. We had an international family trip planned and realized my daughter's passport expired. Solomon took my call at 7:00am, waited for me at his office later that day to complete paperwork and ensured we had the passport the next day. He's a total delight and so is his partner, Ruth. Wow let me tell you this place should be voted the best business in all Los Angeles.
We had international trip planned and then we realized that one of my sons passport was expired. I called a few places and I almost give up from our trip and then I called Solomon and he answered the phone and help me out the same day. We got a passport I can’t tank to him enough, he saved our our family trip that we planned almost whole year ago. This place is amazing and Solomon is a really true great person!

Solomon was so kind and accommodating. I lost my passport the day before my flight and had to reschedule and wanted my passport within 1 day. Solomon helped us every step of the way in this process making sure we had all the paperwork needed and guided us to make sure we got that passport guaranteed before my flight. Definitely saving this location and contact info for any future emergencies. I was skeptical of being scammed but the price was very reasonable and Solomon called multiple times the day of my passport pick-up at the federal office to make sure i was going through each step of the process alright. Process at the federal office was time consuming but smooth because of Solomon’s advice and guidance. Excellent communication and service!!

Words cannot convey how grateful I am to Salomon. He saved my trip to my friends wedding that was out of the country. My passport was still valid for 5 months but Peru wouldn’t permit me in the country.
