Stayed here on August 23, 2024. First, this is a 'motel' with access to rooms on via the parking lot. The rooms have been remodeled and for the prices are good. There is no longer a full breakfast, just a few bread items and coffee. There were 2 bananas, but they had been there awhile. I would stay here again if passing through. The employee at check in was great, the one at check out was not. Management should spend some time coaching staff on behavior to patrons.

We very much enjoyed our stay except my husband says the TV was too small for the room. The floors were very slippery. The rooms were very clean .although they were pet friendly we were charged 25$ per night per animal. We had 2 small chihuahuas and we stayed 5 nights. That's a good chunk of change plus there was no where to walk the dogs. The pool was pretty clean. All in all it was a nice stay

Very well maintained property. Breakfast was hot and fresh. Room was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Water pressure was excellent! Nice 55“ TV. Much better value than down the road in Eureka. Easy on and off Highway 101. will definitely stay here on our next visit to the Great Northwest.

Prices are great, rooms are clean and nice. In my 5 years of living in hotels for work and giving Best Western about $30k a year, I have never been told there is a charge for late check out. $10 for a late check out. Overreacting but it just rubbed me the wrong way.

Right off the highway easy to access big parking lot. There is a lot of restaurants around clean hotel the only down side was the breakfast was hoping for more of a variety missed having waffles in the morning like the other hotels I have stayed at. The lobby and my room was clean the lobby smell of cleanliness was very strong but not a pleasant smell maybe a different scent of cleaner?

Don't stay here. Filthy hotel, horrible experience. Staff does not speak clear English. This place should be closed down. Breakfast is not a full breakfast like the person told us when making reservation. And the baby muffins tasted funny as did the bread.

We had an online reservation for Friday Aug 27 to August 28 Saturday yet we were turned away because we arrived later than midnight and our room was given away. Additionally we received rude service from the receptionist who was rude and unapologetic
We had 2 young children hoping to lY down and we were forced to sleep in a car and rest stop
