I lived on the One Glastonbury for 13 months and I can say the experience was above my expectations. The condo and amenities are quite new and are always clean. You get the apartment with new paint, fully repaired and impeccable so you basically move in and don’t have to care about anything. I never had any issues on my stay, but very minor things were always fixed by Jose in less than 24h though I never request them to be urgent. Needless to say about the location, which is few minutes walking from the Glastonbury center and about 15 from the Riverfront park.

I ended up moving out since I wanted to be closer to my work, but that’s a place I certainly recommend. Travis (property manager) and Jose (service manager) will do everything they can to make your stay the best

Wonderful luxury apartment complex in Glastonbury. We were very impressed with this apartment and it is lovely, clean, and safe. Highway access is super easy, walking distance to nice restaurants and whole foods. Travis is the best! From the very beginning, the leasing office staff and Jose (maintenance technician) were very friendly, professional and amazingly responsive. Nothing to complain about here! Definitely happy with my choice! I would highly recommend this community to everyone that cares about living in a peaceful and positive environment. This is the best one in town.

I moved in this week to One Glastonbury Place and I could not be happier. Amber and the leasing team went above and beyond in helping getting me settled in for my stay here, in short order. I am thankful for their efforts, and I would HIGHLY recommend this upscale community if life takes you to Glastonbury, CT. First class all the way!

One Glastonbury Place is a fantastic place to live! The location is great, within walking distance to EVERYTHING in Glastonbury Center and easy access to the highways. The apartments and amenities are excellent. The office and maintenance staff are the best. They make you feel like you're in a community. We really enjoy the clubhouse, pool and monthly food trucks. Guest parking availability is sometimes a challenge. I highly recommend One Glastonbury!

We are in our second year here and there are several good reasons for our choice to hang on... Yes, while our apartment is not the largest, it is VERY comfortable. We moved into a clean, new place (with laundry and central A/C, thank god!) that has been kept up nicely. The staff here are friendly, responsive and all our maintenance needs have been treated seriously. I have enjoyed the monthly community events that they put together. The gym is well supplied and always clean. The pool was a selling feature for us and we have loved spending our time out there. Also, it’s great to be able to just stroll in Glastonbury on some nights for dinner, so the location can’t be beat. Also, I have enjoyed meeting other people who live here as well - everyone is generally friendly and it’s quiet at nights! My wife and I realize that we could have gone other places and maybe had more space for the money, but the amenities and the service have kept us here for a least another year. Happy all around.

This is such an amazing place to live! The amenities are great, the pool area is so relaxing... looks straight out of a vacation resort! Love my unit, very updated and spacious. The staff and management are fabulous and always very helpful! If you are looking to move to the area... I very much recommend One Glastonbury Place!

One Glastonbury is very beautiful and the community grounds look very well maintained. Lovely property that is walkable distance to the town center and the units themselves are great. The appliances are up-to-date and haven't had any issues. Also, at the front desk Shannon is pleasant and a very helpful.
