Like probably every other customer that comes in, I needed a outfit for a wedding last minute and Dennis was absolutely phenomenal. He helped me pick out an outfit and made me feel comfortable while shopping. Excellent customer service skills.

Don't agree with suit needing to be returned day after the wedding. Nobody is in a condition to return a suit the day after a wedding. Also wasn't told that and its $20 per day, also unreasonable imo.

Was excited to go and get a suit with my boyfriend but the staff didn’t want to be bothered to help us. It wasn’t a friendly atmosphere and they didn’t seem to want business. So we went to Jos A Banks instead and were helped promptly and bought suit there.

I don't post leave many reviews cause I'm lazy but every so often I have to give a public shout-out for an exceptional service/product. I can't say enough good things about my experience at MW in Meriden and particularly Emily.

I was performing my niece's wedding and needed an updated wardrobe. Emily was able to size me up right off the bat when I walked in without even taking a measurement. I told her what I was looking for and every part of the suit she brought me (pants, shirt, jacket, shoes) were perfect the 1st time. Didn't need to look for 2nd options.

I'm no fan of shopping, particularly clothes shopping, I dread it. Emily could not of made this easier and dare I say, enjoyable. She spent over an hour with me going through the clothes and marking them up for alterations. I never felt rushed. The employees at MW work commission-free so there's no upselling. It was honestly just a great shopping experience.

I thought it was just some cheesy tagline but they were absolutely right; I loved the way I looked! Talk about truth in advertising. Thanks Emily for all your help and expertise, I wouldn't go anywhere else for formal wear. #lovethewayyoulook

One of the managers Emily helped us find a suit to purchase for my fiancé for our wedding. Emily was knowledgeable, personable and really listened to my fiancé's needs and got us into a suit that he loved. We will also be renting the groomsmen tux from MW and can't wait to work with Emily again

Amazing customer service!!! I had to rent a suit for a funeral and originally thought it was going to be Monday/Tuesday. On my way to pick it up, after tailoring it to me in under 24 hours, I was told the service would be Wednesday/Thursday. Justin did not hesitate to waive the late fees. Thank you again!!
