Called 7 or 8 times and emailed 2x before getting a response regarding my honeymoon in Europe. When I did speak to someone they were negative about my plans and the scoffed at my need for first class airfare. I always try to be a champion for the local but I can't risk being overseas and having a issue with unpleasant, unprofessional, and unresponsive agents.

I had a trip planned with my grandsons to Disney last year got canceled because of covid they suppose to send me more places to go to to set up a new trip this year because said it would be a waste of my money called left tons of messages emails no response so afyer talking to serial people that had been to Disney they said everything was open and fine so we are going this year but without there help and a cheaper rate then they have us .
