Being a Nowak Tours customer for the past 19 years I can confidently say that they are amazing! They are flexible and listen intently to our group's needs and wants. Their guides are professional and willing to make adjustments to meet the needs of large groups as things often change minute by minute with groups of 200 in Washington DC. I cannot recommend them highly enough. A trip with Nowak Tours is a successful trip!

My son just returned from a school trip to Washington, DC. This was the first year that the school has used Nowak Tours, and I have to say, we were thoroughly impressed with this tour company! They handled every detail, which made the whole experience so organized and smooth! My son and his classmates had an unforgettable time! Thank you to his tour guide, Lynette, and Nowak Tours!!

The incompetence of these people is beyond belief! It's as if they have zero experience in the tourism industry. Let me tell you about my horrible experience on their tour. We were supposed to be given a wake-up call at 6:15 and proceed to have breakfast at 6:45. But instead, these fools “accidentally" woke us up at 4:15, and then had the audacity to tell us that we couldn't eat until 6:45! To make matters worse, the papers they handed out clearly stated that breakfast was at 6:15. As if that wasn't enough, while I was trying to get some coffee to cope with their incompetence, one of the tour ladies had the nerve to ask me why I was getting coffee, insinuating that I was a child! Can you believe it? When I reminded her that they had woken us up at 4:15, she spilled her own coffee and put up a sign that read "coffee for adults only", saying that "this is why coffee is for adults only". Well, if that's the case, why didn't she put up the sign sooner?
And don't even get me started on their tour guides. They were completely inept, forgetting important facts and failing to get us from one place to another. It's a wonder we even made it back in one piece. This experience was a complete disaster, and I would never subject myself to their incompetence again.

Oh! My! GOODNESS!!! You want to talk about a staff that goes above and beyond! This is the staff, that's for sure! Everyone I have had the pleasure speaking to has made every obstacle a breeze! TWO YEARS in a row they have had to deal with me and after every phone call I feel so much, never more frustrated! They know what they're doing and if they don't THEY figure it out and do not leave you hanging!

This is my 28th year as a band director and I cannot begin to tell you how AMAZING Nowak tours have been to us on our recent Disney trip. Professional, organized, courteous, and extremely detailed. They helped me through issues either one of us went through. Made sure the kids got amazing experiences. Helped parents out.

I have never dealt with anyone so easy in my life. I would recommend all school organizations go through them. I know I will. It is never easy taking students places, but these folks made my life perfect.

They are a five star company with a ten star staff. Do yourselves a favor and check them out!! Sometimes all reviews that may be negative are. It always true. These people are AMAZING. Thanks again for all you did for us.

I am the coordinator for the 8th grade trip to DC in my school district. I have been working with Nowak for 8 years and have had nothing but positive experiences. They help me keep our trip as affordable as possible for our families and provide a safe and educational experience. As the coordinator, I can tell you that they make it so easy on my end. They take care of reservations and planning to allow me to focus on the students, payments, paperwork, etc. If you are hoping to plan a group trip, I highly recommend Nowak!!!

Nowak is truly a top notch company. Their care about the students and faculty! They offer security for the overnight stay, they know all of their drivers and personally select the best, and they are staffed with very knowledgeable and caring tour guides who work to make every trip the very best! I have done multiple school trips with them and my students and I are always taken care of so well! Thanks Nowak Tours and Travel! And a huge shout out to Mr. and Mrs. Severns, they are amazing tour guides!
