I have had terrible communication. I had to ask for my confirmation to be sent to me. I booked my trip in August and didn’t receive confirmation until September 17th. I asked to set up a payment plan on September 17th and never heard back. I reached out to the office regarding cancellation & never informed me that I wouldn’t be getting a full refund for my deposit. The rep stated I don’t need to worry about insurance until closer to my trip, well you have to have insurance to get a full refund apparently. They said I should’ve communicated with rep and she could’ve fixed it. Then the lady decided to tell me I could’ve made payments when ever… how would I know this? I understand they travel constantly but it shouldn’t take a month to respond.

It shouldn't be my job to ask for confirmation for my booking and ask to set up a payment plan and get no response back at all - until I sent a follow up email on 10/23/2024 regarding payment plan. I sent you one in September.

I have never been so frustrated with a company before. The communication has been awful and they acted like it was my fault for canceling my trip.

Amazing travel agent! Incredible service! Vinny booked us a fabulous all-inclusive, adults only stay at a luxury resort in Mexico, complete with direct flights and swim-out room. We told him our budget, and he found us a deal for 53% off the regular price. The resort was perfect. But reality hit . . .

Before we could experience the resort, we had to get there first. The shuttle transport agency somehow could not find our reservation from the airport to the hotel. We frantically called Vinny, and he got online as well as on the phone with the company. Problem solved. (Nexus sucks! Vinny is awesome!)

Then, after our stellar week beachside, an unprecedented Microsoft glitch stopped the world from functioning. Airports, banks, hospitals, etc. were shut down. While the glitch was allegedly solved in a few hours, residual impact caused flight cancellations and delays. Some airports completely closed in their entirety. All of this happened today - the morning we were set to fly home.

Needless to say I was freaking out. I reached out to Vinny immediately, and he was (yet again) exceptional. He diligently monitored our charter flight and acted as our liaison, communicating with various entities to help us figure out a plan. While the airline at the airport (as well as on their website) was telling us the flight was canceled, Vinny was hearing otherwise. Vinny was right. The flight was not canceled, and we made it home just a few hours after our scheduled time. Thank goodness we listened to Vinny and did not leave the airport!

I cannot say enough good things about Vinny and the service he provides to his clients. He was a pleasure to work with, and he went out of his way to help us time and time again. We will absolutely be regular clients.
