Steve was the DJ for my wedding this past weekend. He did an absolutely fantastic job emceeing our event, he built off the initial request list perfectly and kept the party going. Was very thorough with explaining the lighting options and even met us at the venue a few weeks prior to go through his setup. 10 out of 10 recommend him and his team for your event!

Steve Bender DJ'ed our wedding. We had a combination of pop music, club music, and Latin dance music. We didn't feel that our original DJ was knowledgeable in Latin music, so Steve was kind enough to switch and personally DJ our wedding.

We were a little disappointed that the "cold sparks" came on late during our first dance, but overall the music set was perfect and everyone had fun. Steve was professional and accommodating. We would highly recommend to others and would hire again for our next event.

We were very happy with Steve Bender Entertainment. Their online planning process makes everything very simple. Although I was a bit nervous about hearing back prior to the wedding the final meeting only took about 10 minutes over the phone and it was very clear to me they had it handled. Matt, our DJ, did a great job playing some of our pre-requested songs as well as taking request from guests (which we wanted). Matt made sure to check in with us throughout the night to make sure he had major scheduled events planned correctly and overall allowed myself and my husband to enjoy a stress free, amazing night with our friends and families. We have since gotten many compliments on how genuinely fun our wedding was and I attribute that both to our amazing guests and to Matt who kept the party going 🙂

Overall DJ was great! He coordinated with our officiant with ceremony music and played music during our cocktail hour from a different floor as well. Only bummer was we felt he wasn't loud enough at times (which definitely could have been a venue problem). Many people at the wedding had no idea we cut our cake or our dessert was put out! He was great with the kids and passed out glow necklaces to guests. One guest asked if he could sing a song and our DJ came up to my husband and I and asked our permission first which was great because we did NOT want anyone doing karaoke! Overall, would recommend Steve Bender and his staff - I would just double check the sound in the venue first!

Choosing Steve Bender as a DJ for our wedding was one of the best wedding decisions we made!
