This is horrible nursing home. Stay away from this nursing home.

My mother was there for 13 years. I filed hundreds of complaints with the Department of Public Health about this nursing home and most of them were substantiated. They gave her medicine without asking for my consent as her conservator on quite a few occasions. They were not following proper procedures or the plan for her care. Nursing staff is incompetent. There is continuous lack of staff. The quality of care was horrible. I even had to fight with them to feed her and give here water. There were days when I had to stay there most of the day to ensure that she gets food and water. She had continuous bruises on her and even fractures on her face. She had horrible bed sores. Beds are very narrow and uncomfortable. And when she died, they have not expressed any words of sympathy either for her or for me.

Our friend just moved to this facility last week. So far everything appears satisfactory. At first they were slow to respond to his call button, but that has improved.

My brother in law is currently recovering from a stroke at Cupertino Healthcare and Wellness. The facility is very clean and welcoming. We are very pleased with the staff, they have been very friendly, caring, and professional. I was also aware of the camaraderie of the staff while spending time in the front lobby area. They seem to work very well as a team.We are pleased with the prompt reply to all of our concerns. Every issue addressed has been taken care of. Having our loved one recovering there has given us great peace of mind. We are looking forward to the best outcome possible.

My mom was discharged from here today and it was such a great experience. She was treated with kindness and respect, people knew her name, the place was clean and she got great physical therapy as well as nursing care. I would highly recommend this rehab facility.

I recently had the pleasure of touring Cupertino Healthcare & Wellness Center under its new administration, and it was an exceptional experience. Inez Mendez guided us through the facility, which was impressively clean and well-maintained.

The staff members were incredibly friendly, displaying a genuine care for the patients. The new administrator, Aaron Scott, stood out for his kindness towards everyone - staff, visitors, and patients alike.

I highly recommend this rehabilitation center to anyone seeking top-notch care in a welcoming environment. The positive changes under the new administration are truly commendable.

My uncle stayed here for a little bit over a month and I can't be more thankful that we got to get him back to his 'normal'. He went to the hospital not being able to walk. The rehab team was amazing and got him on his feet again. Administration and management was always so helpful with any questions I had as this was a new experience for my family. I would highly recommend this skilled nursing facility.
