First off major major kudos to the Bhaun (sp?) of the front desk. He was so so kind to my wife and family, he also gave us a free upgrade to a 1 bedroom, thank you!!!|| This hotel is the best Hyatt has in the area- clean, comfortable, excellent service, free breakfast, and pool. We come here about twice a year since 2021! Excellent place and thank you front desk!!!

Room: clean and spacious, meticulously maintained.

Location: conveniently near Cupertino center with lots of culinary selections. Yet safely secluded from the hustle and bustle for a quiet stay. Free garage parking with room card access control and tons of free EV charging! Absolutely amazing.

Service: the staff and manager go above and beyond to make sure you feel welcomed and at home. On par with 5 star hotel service. Outstandingly responsive to guest requests and find every possible way to accommodate.

Breakfast: free every day with a wide range of selections including freshly made to order omelet (incredibly tasty) and even miso soup and rice! Pretty busy in the morning but not hard to find a table.

Gym: functional!

Very nice smaller hotel in a convenient location. Great hotel staff. Clean rooms, quiet rooms, comfy beds, hot showers. I had an upgraded suite and it was wondeful. This was my first stay at this newer hotel and I would definately stay again.

This is my first time staying at this location and let me tell you right from the gate. The front desk was amazing and very helpful.||Was upgraded due to global status, which was nice. They are not required to provide any kind of upgrade room was great & clean. Gym was nice and clean and well equipped. ||Where I found amazing ones they do offer to provide you with a lift within 5 miles of the hotel Unheard of. ||I will definitely be staying here

My family and I have stayed at MANY MANY Hyatts around the country to get Globalist status and keep it. This Hyatt is one of the cleanest and the staff here is the friendliest and most helpful. We had friends come meet us at the lobby and even they mentioned how this was one of nicest Hyatts they’ve seen. The man in the front was super kind and welcoming (I wish I remembered his name) he was just getting off his shift when we arrived Saturday around 4pm and he still managed to make sure we had all the info we needed. Get that guy a promotion!

Here are some pros and cons of my stay at the Hyatt House:||||Pros:||||* **Cleanliness:** The hotel was surprisingly clean, which was better than I had expected at a Hyatt House.||* **Staff:** The staff was friendly and helpful.||* **Location:** The location was great. There were nice restaurants nearby, and it was close to Apple Park if you wanted to check out the Visitor Center.||* **Free Breakfast:** The free breakfast was a nice touch. They had a variety of options, including toasts, customized omelettes, pancakes, cereal, potatoes, fruits, juice, and coffee.||||Cons:||||* **Chlorine Smell:** The only downside was the chlorine smell from the towels and bedding. It was so strong that it even triggered an allergic reaction on my face when I woke up.

I went to this Hyatt House on Memorial Day and it was an amazing experience. The breakfast was amazing, it had French toast instead of waffles. There was even rice and miso soup. The beds were comfortable, the pillows nice and fluffy. They said that there was a heated pool, but it was more cold than warm. The toilet paper was really thin. But the hotel itself was in a great location. Though it might not look like it, it was right across from Main Street Cupertino. And what surprised me the most were the games and books. They had chess, checkers, and even the game of Life. The books were for younger kids, like the Berenstain bears and Dr Suess. Overall, the hotel was really good.

Very nice place to stay. Our kids enjoyed heather pool. The breakfast was great and complementary. The service at check in was easy. This is our second time staying here. ||We would recommend it. ||||Staff was friendly at check in and the room was nice and clean.
