The rating of "1" star given by Jonathan Duran is unwarranted. If those are the only 2 things that went wrong, I'd still give it a "5" star rating. Many, many things can go wrong during an event, but Franco's stepped up and made my niece's Qince on May 10th absolutely amazing! Even the caterer was taking pictures of the decorations. Their staff was professional, friendly, and so accommodating. So much so that they brought back some additional flower colors to add to the centerpieces give them an extra pop! I would definitely recommend this locally owned business and will use them for my own future events.

The decorations for the Quinceañera Franco helped organize were absolutely breathtaking! From the moment you walked it was evident that the decorations weren't just about beauty, but also about creating an unforgettable experience. Everything from the stunning arrangements to the intricate cake design was a testament to the effort that went into making this day as magical as possible. Truly, the decorations were as enchanting as the young lady being celebrated.

Reason why I gave this place a one star was simple lack of communication between me and the owner. I texted and called and no answer. Waited for half an hour luckily one of his employees were there so I can turn in the key. Overall terrible customer service. The bathroom had no toilet paper had to go and buy my own overall bad experience. I understand people can be busy but communication goes a long way. Pretty unprofessional will not book again if I could ask for a refund I would but that’s just business at the end of the day. If you are looking to book here I would suggest to have a plan of action with the owner at what exact time for him to be there to turn in the keys.

The people are very nice and they are affordable to rent the spot but for it to by my first experience I was disappointed.
