The room was very clean. You can tell it was sanitized properly. My blue light check the whole room nothing bad. Had a nice pod coffee brewer instead of the cheap hotel type. The bed was very comfortable. The rates were very reasonable they worked with us and gave us a better deal than we would have got online. Easy access to the road and to go to beaches in the area. The staff was very friendly.

I can not believe this piece of trash hotel room in beautiful Half Moon Bay for $227 / night. Don't waste your $ here. Specifically got a room with a bathtub; it was so gross & outdated I took a shower instead. After, when I pulled back shower curtain to get out, bathroom was flooded & I had to spend 20 mins cleaning it up. Furniture was gross, scratched up & badly used, yucky curtains wouldn't close.. At least the glaring bright lamps had cell phone plug in charging stations & we didn't get bed bugs, so 2 stars. Phone (to call front desk or emergency) & TV didn't work properly. Kinda lame for being surrounded by cute hotels for roughly the same price!

Decent Stay, But Very Basic

The hotel is okay for a short stay. Parking was easy, and the area is quiet, which made for a good night’s sleep.

However, the breakfast was disappointing—very basic with no protein options at all. There’s no pool, spa, or amenities for kids, so it’s really just a place to sleep and move on.

Positive: It?s at a very convenient location next to the highway and right in the middle of heading to the beach or downtown HMB. Negative: The first time we stayed here we had a room directly facing the highway and it was severely loud. This last time we had a room further on the back and had no issues except when we got neighbors next door and they were super loud till 3am.

Positive: the location Negative: The staff at the front desk was inattentive, borderline rude, and lied to my face about the rooms available. When checking in I asked for lower level room and was told they were all "sold out". I snapped pictures at 9PM showing there were only 10 cars.

Upon arriving at the property, I requested a room downstairs as I have trouble walking upstairs after a botched knee surgery. The person checking me in said it was the last available room and it had to be upstairs. I realized later that it wasn’t the last available room. It was the last available at that tier. At most other hotels, exceptions are made when a guest requests because of a medical property, but at this place they make no exceptions (even if you are ADA).|The room was clean but super loud with the highway. Next time I will make sure to spend more at another property

Very spacious king size room, clean. Close to amenities. 10 min walk to the beach. Good breakfast. Very friendly staff.
