I called a few days ago looking to get help. I was trying to find the best air fare which I thought they could/would help me witj. After being places on hold and transferred three different times. After which never getting help I originally called for I decided to takek her advice. Well needless to say I ended up hanging up and calling American Airlines. I couldn't get through so I went online. There I was able to accomplish everything from inquiries to booking and even picking my own seat. If I ever needed a true travel agency I would not call, text, email, nor do any type of contact with Becky or the staff at "The Teavel Bug". I would rather try doing it myself or pay the membership at AAA, it would be well worth the membership fee, in order to be treated just as everyone else. Which would be in a courteous, friendly and professional manner!!!!!!!!!

First receptionist hung up and then the second one booked my flight and sent me a booking reference and said that I had to pay in person. When I showed up they said they couldn't provide the tickets. Waste of time.
