We had a vacation booked by agent Alice Robinson. It was a trip to Disneyland to celebrate a milestone. Ms. Robinson booked our hotel and Disney tickets. The process was seamless. Not only was there communication between us, but her follow up with answers to our many questions was prompt and extremely helpful. I had never used a travel agent for a domestic trip and had not been to Disneyland in many years. Additionally, I was not familiar with the new e ticket process and App based interface. Alice was able to get me set up and comfortable with the technology which made our trip stress-free.

Even though our trip was relatively modest, Alice provided excellent customer service and made me feel like a valued customer. She had a way of explaining things so that we were able to make the most of our trip. Specifically, we were able to hit our top five rides with very little wait time. She has lots of tips to make you feel like a Disney insider and get the most out of your visit.

I know she books international travel as well and I'll definitely be using her for future trips.

Blissful Travel Escapes was a lifesaver in planning a last minute trip for my 40th birthday. Natalie was professional, attentive, and just wonderful to work with. We were able to book The Villas at The Disneyland Resort in November for our trip that started NYE. The options were presented clearly and I just couldn’t resist staying at the new Disney hotel.
