My wife and I had a fall wedding in Ben Lomond: setting up everything with Santa Cruz Experience was really straightforward.

They were very familiar with the area and our venue, so putting together a plan with them was easy.

They are super flexible with regards to what times and locations you'll need them at for your special day. They just give off that vibe that they really know what they are doing, which is always what you want as someone trying to throw together a wedding!

We used Santa Cruz Shuttles for our wedding in June 2024 and are very satisfied with our experience. They were prompt, safe, and courteous drivers and I appreciated that Matt worked with me to draft a timeline of when to pick-up guests at the hotel and drop them off based on our ceremony start time and venue closing time. Whenever we had a questions, Matt was prompt in answering and adjusting the timeline as we received our final guest RSVP. We would highly recommend Santa Cruz Shuttles for a wedding or large event in the area!

Santa Cruz Experience was so easy to work with when we needed a shuttle to help a few offsite guests get to our wedding venue. They were easy to book, flexible as the guest list was finalized, and communicated well with our coordinator when we had some late arrivals. Highly recommend!

We used Santa Cruz Experience for my bachelorette wine tour, and I cannot say enough good things about them. Our driver was Philip, and he was super attentive, helping us carry on our lunches, passing out snacks, and even making sure we had water at the wineries. Their communication throughout the process made it very stress-free, and all 12 of us had the most incredible time. Highly recommend!!

It pains me to write a bad review for a small business but we were very disappointed with Santa Cruz Experiences shuttles. They were not clear in their communications regarding our wedding in Watsonville several times-- as a result they made us scramble the day before our wedding to book ubers for people and also did not communicate the pickup times clearly enough, which left several of our guests STRANDED right before the wedding. It was very stressful for us and for guests. We tried to work with them via several phone calls to see if there was a resolution and they were totally not willing to work with us. Very disappointing for our big day.

We 100% regretted to hire this company for our wedding!!!!
Their miscommunication and incompleted service almost ruin our big day! Our guests were waiting for their pick up from the parking lot for 30-40mins, and the driver did not show up with explaining and apologizing to us! I worked with my wedding planner and the site coordinators to reach out them for explanations for 2 months, we tried to call and email them, and truly wanted to give them a second chance for explain what happened! They DID NOT response at all! I felt sorry for this poor service and red flag people whoever plan to work with them!

Dylan was our shuttle driver and he did a great job with taking us to and from Byington Vineyard and Winery for our tour and tasting. He was professional, quite knowledgeable about the area, and able to get us there on time despite the crazy weekend traffic on Highway 17. I highly recommend him and will likely use The Santa Cruz Experience again.
