Chi Hoa and the entire team are excellent! I went here to get my 5 years Visa, renew my wife's VN passport, and to replace my parent VN Passport. Very reasonable pricing and quick turnaround time! The staff at US tours was extremely helpful and professional, particularly Miss Thai. She was patient and took the time to answer all of my questions which was very much appreciated considering travel to Vietnam can be a bit complicated under the current circumstances. They were also quite busy that day but she still made time for me.I’ve been trying to get a visa for quite some time and was unsuccessful. Miss Thai was able to procure a visa for me in about two days, amazing!! I highly recommend their services and will definitely come back!

This was a long overdue review. My family has been customers for almost ten years. My family members tried services at other places in San Jose but this place is the best among all of them. They provided us with the fastest service and cheapest prices when buying tickets, applying for a visa or a Vietnamese passport. Keep up the good work! Hope you will have more customers so that they can know how nice, kind, and hardworking you all are. Shout out to Thao and Thai How for their great customer service!

I was told assigned seats were given at check in . I call day before I left and I was told need to go on line to select seats. Two months prior. Great! Really! Of course now no seats were available. Emailed Vietnam airlines was told because I bought tickets from U.S tours I could not select seat. Why use

I did all visa for entire family here. I live in El Paso TX and no one can do visa here. I called US tour and spoke to chi Hoa. She is very knowledgeable and friendly. Visa sent home just 3 days after I sent all the documents. Fast service.

I’ve had really bad experience using this agency to book a chartered tour to Vietnam. The package was not cheap to begin with. If the PCR test result comes back positive, you won’t be able to re-schedule the trip. It’s non refundable. When we got to Incheon airport for our connecting flight to Vietnam with Bamboo airways, we waited 5 hours. People wandered around to kill this layover time and could easily exposed to Covid. When we got to Vietnam, we were doubled in a room at a hotel to quarantine. This is a terrible idea in my opinion. The guy I shared the room with got tested positive for Covid and I was impacted because I shared the room with this guy. As the result, the local CDC office recommended me to quarantine for another 14 days and the travel agency does not help to cover the cost. I’ve ended up having to pay from my pocket. I felt unfair in this situation because my delay and expenses was caused by bad planning from the organizer of this trip. I spoke to the people at US Tour and of course I got the response that they don’t cover for my extended stay. For anyone who plan to travel to Vietnam, please do your research before booking the trip. There’re many things we thought they’re covered but they’re not because there’re risks to the trip. My complaint is all these were not communicated properly when I book my trip.
