Since my close friend Maria introduced me to Elias Travel, I have experienced outstanding communication with them. Their prompt responses to my inquiries instilled confidence in me, leading to my booking a tour to Europe for my June travel. I was delighted they kept in touch with us through emails and an application providing detailed information about the complete tour departure and arrival times and indicating the gate for luggage pick-up, besides welcoming transportation to our hotel. Through this travel experience, I gained valuable experiences, made new friends, and learned much about the world and its people. One of the most outstanding facts is that I felt safe having guided tours in my native language and with people from Latin American countries.
The hotel, tour, and meal connection were good enough for the economy level.
