Matthew, I cannot begin to tell you what a lovely experience Caroline (and Andres) created for us in celebration of my husbands 65th birthday. Mike and I and all of our guests felt completely taken care of. And the food (every bite) was presented in such a beautiful way and was beyond delicious. What pro's you and your team are. The menu was perfect. From my first contact/phone call till the last dish was cleared, cleaned and put away, this amazing, professional, fun and brilliant team were exceptional. Thank you. This will not be our last dinner with you.

We hired chef's Caroline & Matthew for our very small intimate wedding dinner party. From the moment of inquiry to execution, this wildly talented & professional duo was a pleasure to work with. My husband is a meat and potatoes guy from Iowa and I am a total city girl foodie. C+M curated a lovely menu that suited all food preferences while still adding creativity. They flawlessly served appetizers and a 3 course menu for our 18 guests along with wine service. The meal absolutely BEYOND my expectations! So incredibly delicious, fresh and cooked to perfection. Our friends and family are still raving about the meal to this day! After dinner, their team cleaned up everything as if they were never there. Chef's Caroline & Matthew are not only culinary experts but they are wonderful and kind humans. They made our day so extra special and we are forever grateful for the the service they provided. Fabulous, intimate, and remarkable. This chef superhero duo was a such a treat! They planned and prepared a 4 course meal to celebrate a birthday and it. was. so. good. Chefs Caroline and Matt are easy going and so fun and comfortable to be around. They were punctual, organized and efficient. We had some dietary restrictions and they handled it like a dream. I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the culinary prowess of these two private chefs, Caroline and Matt. I must say, I was absolutely blown away by the quality of their food and service.

From the beginning of the La Ramen evening it was clear that Caroline and Matt were true professionals. The whole space smelled AMAZING. Throughout the evening, they were incredibly attentive, answering any questions about the dishes and ensuring that everyone's dining experience was as enjoyable as possible.

But of course, the real star of the evening was the food itself. Each dish was beautifully presented, with a level of attention to detail that truly elevated the meal to something special. The flavors were perfectly balanced, and I could tell that every ingredient was intentional.

There was a lot of debate on everyone's favorite course. For me it was tie between the main Tonkotsu ramen or the second course plantain dumpling with chorizo chicken on the sesame seed bun (some pics included). Such fun fusion mixtures on the palate. Or maybe it was the gummy worms at the end 😉

They were also super attentive to one of my allergies, making a one-off plate for one of the courses.

I was confused by the negative reviews and saw the two one-stars target the same services and give almost identical non-descriptive reviews. I wonder if they are trolls or haters from Caroline's Netflix Cooking Show because if you've ever met Caroline and Matt, you'd know they are always so polite and engaging.

Overall, I highly recommend Caroline and Matt's private chef services. Their passion for food and dedication to their craft shone through in every aspect of the meal, and I would not hesitate to book them again in the future. If you're looking for a truly outstanding dining experience, look no further than Caroline and Matt.
