Ordered two salads to go. The steak on my salad was way past well done and I ordered it medium rare. It was chewy and cold. Bummer. It’s always hit and miss it seems. Ranch was good.

Bad place to eat the fries were hard as it gets. the waiters didn't mind our table of 5 they rather chit chat with drunks. Had a flickering TV and ignored my daughters request to turn it off when it almost triggered my seizures. Also I was not impressed didn't want to tip on a 92.46 dollar meal bill. Then was charges 110.80 .... not happy won't recommend or return.

Had a Cobb salad and requested regular cheese instead of Bleu, cucumbers, and avocado. Needless to say it was made to perfection. Friend had a ribeye sandwich and said it was perfect and ordered the same thing the next day for lunch. I had the B.L.A.T. we were from out of town and this place felt like home. Staff was super friendly. Service and atmosphere was great. Only con about his place is if you go for lunch expect to he there for the entire hour if it's busy. I still give it 5 stars. Great place to eat in Ottumwa.

Good food however rude staff. Walked in and asked for my to go order and the waiter gave me a dirty look walked over to her coworker whispered something and then both looked at me and laughed would not recommend.

Special day to try something new for my wifes birthday. So we walk in and right away we are told to pick our seat, wonderful thsts great. The waitress got right with us and we ordered drinks and appetizers. So far so good. They arrive, I have a floater in my sprite, looked like lent. I'll survive. Onion rugs were a big let down, they were more like fresh dried onions you put on your green bean casserole. Not worth the $10. I'd rather eat left over crunchies from long johns for free. We order our meals, I personally felt it took a little bit longer to get our food than expected, no big deal tho. It's time to eat. My wifes burger was big and tasted great, her fries were solid hard/over cooked for sure. I got this smothered chicken burrito was decent until I got a hair in my mouth. Somethings happen and it's no one's fault. So I didnt complain, didn't ask for a discount. Told the waitress everything and as I got my bill nicely, tipped 10 bucks for the good service off a $60 dinner. 1st experience was a disappointment unfortunately.

Awesome food and service. Lexi was out waitress and was very friendly. We had the cheese burger salad. It was so good.
