Got in quickly. I was an hour early, and the door was easy to back into. Only downside is that they took the entire appointment window to unload the trailer.

On the other hand, no Capstone fee this time.

Been here 10+ times. Expect 5-7 hours loading time. Sometimes you get lucky and are out in 4 hrs. But have also been here for 12-14 hrs. Few amenities. Nasty bathroom. Congested parking area. Drop and hook loads appear to be fine. Liveloads are ELD killers and sometimes nightmarish.

Appointment was 9:pm arrived 8:00pm waited 16 hours,
They loaded me , next day 15 : 00 pm . Went to sign papers, I found that completely different load was loaded , then they started unloading. Finally they didn’t find my load .

Absolutely all negative reviews are valid for this place. Check-in 1:50 pm, through 4:00 pm. Loaded at 9:30 pm, from overweight to drive axle. I went back to the office again, it took the guy at the shining office an hour and 4 attempts to guess the free door. As unprofessional as possible, if you can avoid coming to this place, avoid it.

11 p.m. and they didn't even start overloading.

Appointment was 2pm, came and checked in at 1:40pm, dock was assigned to me by 2pm.
After waiting for about 4hours and my trailer wasn’t touched, I requested I speak to a manager and a young polite man by the Oscar came out and promised my truck will be loaded in 45mins, Exactly 45mins I was loaded. Oscar thanks for helping out.

3 hours past my appointment, and they have it even started on my truck. I seriously wish that i could give negative stars on this app. They act as if it doesn't matter to anybody that they waste drivers time

I've always gotten my dock quickly here and loaded in about 2 hours time. No issues. Office is nice if your nice if your short with them they have no issues matching your energy from what I can see. So be kind makes for a better experience for everyone. Make sure your trailers clean before you get here. Bathroom is RUFF but other than that easy backing there's space instructions are clear on what's expected of you.
