It's about 20 miles off the interstate, the drive isn't so bad. I just went to the casino, didn't stay in the rooms. The staff I interacted with were all super nice. Although I didn't win, I will definitely be going back.

Went to buffet with family was humiliated embarrassed and disseminated against by manager and host because we were a group of about 12 native American people

We were there for a cornhole tournament. The bartenders running the event were extremely rude. The ones that were in the casino part were absolutely the best! (Also the morning girl makes the best Bloody Mary). The other thing I was not happy about was we decided the day of that we were going to get a room. The lady at the front desk was very nice and explained that she could not give us the room rate for the cornhole but would charge us now and to call on Monday and Cindy Johnson would refund us the difference, she gave us her card and I agreed to be charged the $380 a night. With the understanding that on Monday it would be reduced to 175.00 I called Monday got her voice mail no return phone call so I called again on Tuesday and again got vm she had someone else call back and say that she would not be able to give us that room rate or she would have to do it for everyone I asked if there was a lot of people that called back to get that rate as the hotel was booked but there was a cancellation and we grabbed it quick. She stated that wasn’t the point and couldn’t do it. I guess learned from our mistake the casino makes $400 on a room, 5 dollar beers and money in the machines but won’t stick to there word

I go here almost once a week, I used to do well once in a while on the machines but since about 3 months ago all this place does is take and not give back. I use my players card lots of times and get 10 bucks of free play per week. It seems like I do better without it in. Then I go to get one of the weekly gifts they offer once in a while and they say I don't qualify. I guess almost losing 200 bucks or more a week going there isn't enough. Sorry but I'm done. Wish there was an option closer than Flandreau or Sioux City.

We were discriminated at buffet because we were native Americans and a big group. I believe it was a manager came over twice to see our receipt before anyone could sit down and decide if they were going to eat there.i had paid for some of them already so as they came in I went and paid for them.i was humiliated embarrassed and discriminated in front of other people

I had an offer for a free 2 night stay so we went and enjoyed it. The hotel rooms are very nice and pretty. There is an indoor/outdoor hot tub. Also an indoor pool, fitness center, spa, restaurants, and of course the casino

I played slots the whole time and lost pretty darn bad. The most I have ever lost. I mean, the room was free so it should have been expected to lose.

There was only one restaurant open while we were there and it was hit or miss food wise. Some things great, others sketchy.

The spa wasn't open while we were there, either. We did enjoy the hot tub a couple of times.

The resort is out in the middle of nowhere, literally. So, it was a bummer to only have one restaurant to choose from on site.

It features a golf course and I bet it is beautiful.

The staff we interacted with were....stiff. Not necessarily unkind but certainly not welcoming or pleasant. Well the housekeeping staff we saw in the hall were nice. Everyone else acted like we were a pain in the butt. Also probably due to having a 'free' trip.

IDK if we will visit again or not.

It was clean and lots of machines. We used to go there alot when we lived close but went for the first time in 10 years. Cocktails were expensive for a very small glass. Our room was very nice. We used to eat at Ruthies steakhouse alot, so we made sure we went last night. $290 for 2 of us with a very sub par meal. I was supposed to get a lb of king crab legs for $110. I got 2 medium sized legs and one big lump of knuckle that was inedible. I told our wonderful waitress Tina, and she ordered another and I waited for only 1 med leg. There is no way 3 medium legs are a lb! My lobster bisque was curdled. Hubby's steak wasn't very good either. Overall, a very disappointing trip and I normally don't feel the need to write a negative review. Stayed 3/13/25

We used to love going here. Now they say we can't smoke a cigar there... what The manager said it stinks up the whole place so was asked to put it out. The whole place smells like cigarettes .
I can attest that I have been there within the last year and had a cigar along with others. With your fresh air system I would think thus would be a non issue
