Rude and unhelpful. When contacted regarding a replacement part, we were told they would be more apt to assist if we had purchased the trailer directly from them. EDIT: My husband spoke with a gentleman who answered the phone at approximately 1:13pm 10/31/2024. There was no specific department, and it was whoever picked up the call who stated that they would not be willing to order a replacement door for the back of a dump trailer as the trailer was not purchased from them.

People get confused with the product they are buying. This company doesn’t make their own anything. They are just a retailer. With that being said I live 1 hour away from them. I was told they are the best to go through. I beg to differ, not only did they sell me a CM bed upcharged I also had to make 3 separate trips up there for the correct hardware, brackets, and bolts. I told them I was putting my own bed on so what they did secretly was charge me an additional $800 for the install they didn’t do. With the combined trips of purchase. 1st trip purchase of bed. 2nd trip brackets. (which they “forgot” to give me) 3rd trip. “Forgot” bolts on top of the wrong brackets. In 6 hours of just drive time and being completely ripped off. The bed wasn’t just plug n play to hook up all of the lights on the bed. Then had to take it to an automotive electrical business for the lights to work. All said and done I could’ve went somewhere farther away for half the price with bed installed and everything for the same product I bought but only bigger and yet better. I would NOT recommend these people for the life of me. They know they can take advantage of farmers especially in their area because of simply the capital in that area. DO NOT send anything there what so ever. A family friend had a 8k bed bought from there that lasted 3 years and had to just spend another 6k recently because it needed completely re-done. They wanted nothing to do with this if you couldn’t imagine this by now

Frenchtown Trailers has redeemed my hope that there’s at least one great run business focused on customer service left in America. My husband and I live in North Florida. We saved up money and time to drive our dually truck to Ohio to get the only CM bed available in the US at the time, due to supply issues. We were met with warm hospitality, quick and efficient service by the install team and all of the Frenchtown staff. Mark was our sales contact throughout this project, and I cannot say enough good things about working with Mark. After getting the truck home and looking into upgrading our tires, my husband noticed an issue with the CM bed and contacted Mark. It was instantly a priority and Mark initiated work directly with CM to have this resolved through warranty. In this process my husband had to be deployed for a military trip. In working with Mark and Chris at CM we made it a goal to have this resolved with a CM shop in North Florida, by the time my husband was back from his deployment. They went above and beyond and wish I could describe the smile on my husband’s face when I could tell him thanks to Mark at Frenchtown and Chris at CM he could go pick up his truck with a new CM bed the day after he was home. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for putting your customers and their positive experience as a top priority.
