Giving them 1 star is more than generous. If you have any common sense, run from this complex. You don't want to live here! If the filth that seems to pour out of every apartment doesn't scare you, the cockroaches that are in abundance will. Never in my life have I ever encountered such negligence. The manager lied to us, had a person that wasn't on the lease sign (forge my signature) our lease. The air conditioner never worked! The handy man left after a short amount of time and effort to fix it. Even left his tools. It was 117 degrees when I went to see my daughter and grandchild. I had to book a room at a local hotel for our visit. We never got our deposit back. The manager paid lip service and never contacted us back. Ironic, the place looked better when we left than it did when we first moved in. It was a filthy, loud cesspool. I would love to have the corporation that owns this property's info. I still want my deposit!

Poor management, negligent owners. Pool hasn't worked since before 2020. When they do have workers doing maintenance, they're drinking in public. Nasty playground with sharp edges and broken beer bottles. Work orders that don't get filled. Someone pooped in the washers last week. While the roaches need to go, the real infestation is the owners 💯

If you can avoid this place, do it. I've put in work orders that are never fulfilled. My patio has been broken for 3+ years after someone drove into it and no sign of it getting fixed. My bathroom ceiling has severe water damage from upstairs bathtub overflow issue as well as upstairs toilet repair. Came and looked at the damage and never returned. Bathroom and adjacent closet flooded due to neighbor toilet issues that they said got fixed. I don't have as bad of a roach issue as others because I don't let them in my apartment to spray and control them myself. This place is not worth what they are charging at all.

This is the most horrible place I have ever had to live in, first off the. Roaches are so bad I can't eat or sleep, every unit I believe needs some kind of work that has been put off because of very very poor management . My bathroom has the sewer coming out of the bathroom tub when I do my dishes. FOR REAL....4TIMES now No human being should be placed in this kind of housing I don't care what kind of income. Most in human place I've ever seen....this place needs TORN DOWN PERIOD. Very nauseous every second.

This place is a total dump. The entire complex is infested with roaches. Half my electrical outlets don't work. Nothing I was told would be fixed when we moved in 6 months ago has even been looked at. The atmosphere they allow here is disgusting. People fighting and drinking in the parking lot all hours of the night. The pool is closed due to some sort of health concern. The playground is closed due to disrepair. And to top it off they're trying to raise our rent! Stay far away from this place.

My parents have lived in this complex for years. They went over a year without heat and air conditioning. My father is elderly. They have most of their tenants without properly working facilities. If you need a good place to live, this is not it.

Would never live here again. AC never worked or was fixed properly. In 110 degree weather. Management did not even want to fix it had to threaten to take them to court. Cockroach problem. Mice problem. The pool was only open half the time. Always excuses on why it couldn't be open that day. Lawn care would blow peoples garbage into my back porch and onto my door step. Outlets didn't work and after fixed stop working a week later. When maintenance was promised to come that day they would never show up and had to keep calling the office for days to get something serviced. Not worth how much they make you pay for the lack of services that are supposed to be provided. Playground is shut down clearly because it is a danger Hazzard to children and highly doubtful will ever be fixed.

I have lived here 2 years. My apartment floods every other month to where the whole apartment is like a lake. I have had black mold, mice, rats and roach infestation. Sinks leak. Outlets don’t work. Maintenance comes over acts like they fix the issues but it never is fixed. Walls are hella thin to where yuh can hear neighbors conversations. Drawers break easy
Balcony cracks and gets moldy they come and attempt to fix every other month.now they have raised my rent and my heater and ac doesn’t work ! & now there trying to evict me I’m soo lost, I don’t know what to do I hate I have so many problems that seems to not get fixed !!!
