They’re all so friendly and welcoming:) The workout in the infrared sauna has numerous benefits and a must try! Especially with Syracuse winters:))

I have tried numerous gyms/classes/clubs/etc. & this one is absolutely my fav. The workout selections are diverse, & the onscreen instructors provide many options to modify. Brett keeps the facility very clean & welcoming for everyone.

I love this place! Workouts are easy to schedule, front desk staff are always so friendly, and it’s so clean inside! My favorite part is that it’s open 24/7 so it makes working out so easy. Come get your sweat on!

Very Clean and Well run establishment with great trainers. I love that I leave the sauna each time feeling detoxed and refreshed. The atmosphere is always motivating and supportive for all. If you're looking for a close knit private gym this is your place! Plus, more workout less time!

Small saunas, space is limited for yoga poses. It would be difficult if you are >6ft. Subpar weight lifting area. The lockers are to small to place personal items are too small. Only one shower, so you should live close if you are planning on going before work. Videos start with gimmicky adds to try and sell you their stuff. Saunas heated up quick, but it seems like the norm to not hop in a sauna that is partially booked. Overall other patrons are polite but not welcoming to have you join in on a workout with you. Not the best atmosphere.
